It’s all in the approach.  I understand every phase of the Omad Diet, from the thrill of losing your first ten pounds to the ever-growing confidence you feel as you approach your goal weight. I get it – and I back it up with my own experience.
I tried so many things when I was over 240 pounds and nothing seemed to ever work for me. Every diet I tried had so many time-consuming requirements or was difficult to fully follow.
My work schedule was always changing as well as all the various events in my social life. I was ready to give up on losing weight because my body didn’t seem to respond to anything I tried. I also felt I was too busy to feel like I could get anything to work even if I did understand all the directions.
Eating one meal a day was something I discovered by accident. Because of the busy schedule I had, there were days when I would only eat one meal and not even really think about it. I started noticing my weight would drop after I would string some of these days together. I also started to notice that I felt better. It was then that I discovered something that was working for me.
Omad has not only become a diet for me but a lifestyle. I founded  fammuz to bring awareness of how this diet changed my life. I know what it did for me, and I’m confident it can do the same for you.
I know what it’s like to feel overweight and feel like you don’t have time for diets. I know what it feels like to feel like nothing works. I know what it’s like to get frustrated or fall off the wagon.
Even when I knew I could lose weight by eating just one meal, the cravings were still hard to stop and I would break my fast. It hasn’t always been smooth for me, but once I stuck with it, it really is an amazing lifestyle. I know each and every one of you can achieve the same results I did. Why? Because this is a one size fits all lifestyle. The only size that will be changing is your pants size.
